Ich folgte noch der Donau bis Vilshofen, wo ich dann nach "links" auf den Vilstalradweg abbog. Der fuehrt naemlich direkter nach Westen, man erspart sich dadurch ca 100 km entlang der Donauschleife ueber Regensburg

I followed the Danube until Vilshofen. There I left it and followed the river called "Vils". Going West, this way is about 100km shorter than taking the road along the loops of the Danube
